Valley Rising Festival of Music

The first annual Valley Rising Festival of Music and Art is a celebration of the cultural vitality and natural beauty of the Finger Lakes region. We aim to bring nationally and regionally prominent musical acts, creative arts and crafts folk, and local brewers, distillers, and businesses together for a day of outstanding music and arts. The music will take place in a secured area of the Geneseo Village Park and the makers fair will occur at various locations around Main Street Geneseo. Concert attendees will have unlimited entry and exit opportunities from the event facility in order to explore all that Geneseo has to offer.

The full day festival on Saturday, Sept 7, is a stand alone event, but coincides with three days of music in Geneseo. On Thursday, Sept 5, Sim Redmond Band will be performing at the historic Wadsworth Homestead, get tickets here. On Friday, Sept 6, Ric Robertson and Aaron Lipp will play in intimate show in the beautifully restored Geneseo Riviera, get tickets here.
