Join us for our July Farm Friday at the Hemlock “Little World’s” Fair! 🌾🐄
On Friday, July 24 from 8:30–10:00 AM, we’ll get a behind-the-scenes look at 4-H at the Fair — a long-standing tradition that helps connect youth, agriculture, leadership, and community.
Matt Cole, Executive Director of Cornell Cooperative Extension, will help kick off the morning before our group heads out on a tour led by youth 4-H leaders. Attendees will walk through the barns, explore the display buildings, and learn more about the hard work, skills, and pride that go into 4-H projects each year.
Your registration includes passes to enjoy the fair for the day, so come for the Farm Friday experience and stay for all the fair fun! Spots are limited - so sign up today!
What are Farm Fridays?
Instead of bringing the farm to the table, we’re bringing the community to the farm. Farm Fridays are focused, educational field trips for Chamber members to learn about the grit, innovation, and expertise behind modern agriculture in Livingston County.
From dairy farms and specialty crops to other agricultural operations, each visit offers a rare look at the hard work happening right in our own backyard. Come prepared to learn, explore, and see Livingston County from a whole new perspective.
📍 Arrival & Parking
- Parking and gate entry information will be forwarded to registrants
- Arrive 10 Minutes Early: We start our tours promptly to respect the farmer’s busy schedule.
