Arboretum Walk - In Search of the Jack Pine

Shortly after Letchworth became a park, there were efforts to reforst the park by planting an arboretum, a tree garden, throughtout large portions of what is now the southern end of the park.  There were some unusual trees planted in the arboretum and we're going to explore the woods looking for them.  This week we are in search of the Jack Pine We will explore some of the railroad blocks of the Arboretum and search for the last known remaining Jack Pine in the Park.
