Celebrate Mom by learning something new together! Children as young as 8 are welcome (ticket price is for 2 people) Join me for a transformative workshop where families come together, learn, and uplift one another. My mission is empowerment through hands-on experience and unwavering support. The Workshop will run about 2 hours and is limited to 8 people per class. You will explore the fundamentals of MIG welding, metal bending, and the use of essential shop power tools. As you craft your very own tulip sculpture, you'll witness your creative sparks turn into a masterpiece.
This ain’t your average “Painting with a Twist ” class. Working with metal requires caution, and while our environment brims with excitement, safety is paramount. Potential hazards include minor burns, cuts, and exposure to smoke. Don't worry, you'll be provided with the necessary safety gear—just keep in mind, you will get dirty (but that’s the fun part!) steel dust is everywhere, so don’t wear your ball gown.
At Ironwood Studios, welding is our heartbeat. Workshop prices acknowledge the artistry of metalworking and the cost of quality materials. The real investment, however, is in an immersive experience—a home away from home—where every workshop detail is designed for your best memories. All project materials are included in the cost. If you have any physical limitations, please don't hesitate to reach out to ensure the workshop suits your needs.
So, hop in the car, head to the countryside, and let's weld, create, and support one another and leave with bragging rights!
* Workshops are open to individuals who identify as women, gender binary and non-binary.
