You will be responsible for handling incoming customer phone calls, emails and data entry. You will assist customers with ordering, tracking, scheduling and following up on insurance referrals. Must be able to analyze the customer needs and provide solutions and appropriate product information to help meet their expectations. Monday through Friday 8 to 5, no weekends.
