Scan & Win Registration

By selecting yes as your answer, you agree to display your Scan & Win poster inside your business. You recognize that your poster is specific to your business as it contains a QR code specific to your business. You agree that the poster will be displayed within your business, as the program is designed to get customers inside your store. You acknowledge that you understand that when a customer scans your QR code they are entering themselves into a drawing for a chance to win $20,000. The $20,000 prize will only be available in the event it snows 6 inches or more at The Livingston County Chamber of Commerce on New Years Day (January 1, 2024). In the event the cash prize is not available, we will have 3 guaranteed prizes. The winner for each will be selected by random drawing from the entries submitted via the QR code. You also recognize that there is no purchase necessary for entry into the drawing. You also acknowledge and understand that contestants are availed 1 entry per business per day. They can enter every day, but they can only enter once per business per day.
