NYS Maple Weekends

Fun for the whole family.  Join us for a weekend full of maple activities.  Continual demonstration of three different maple sugaring techniques will be going on, including Haudenosaunee stone boiling, iron pot fire pit boiling and the use of a modern evaporator. Hourly walks led by park naturalists will highlight maple tree identification, how to tap a tree, sap collection and more.  Pancake breakfasts will be available for purchase from ten am to 1 pm.
