I am a current Livingston County Area Chamber of Commerce Member in good standing I am not a Chamber Member and will pay $250 for my vendor space (which includes complimentary 1 year Enhanced Chamber Membership) Application will not be complete until payment is received.

The participant will provide a written description of the items they will be sampling or selling by February 12, 2024 The participant will arrive at The Geneseo Armory at least one hour prior to the start of the event to set up their vendor table and will provide service for the duration of the event (Noon to 5:00pm) Vendor booth will be ready to serve by 11:45am The participant understands that the event will draw apporoximately 1000 guests. An estimated attendee count will be provided to each vendor by February 21, 2024. The vendor has appropriate Permits and Liability insurance to participate in this event. All vendors will need to list the Chamber as additional insured with a $1 million limit of liability An 8' table and 2 chairs will be provided to each vendor - all other items (linens, banners, displays, serving items, etc. will be provided by the participant) If Vendor does not show up at the event - you will be assessed a $250 "No Show" penalty
