About Us

The Arc of Livingston-Wyoming is a private not-for-profit agency that provides services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families. The Arc enriches the lives of more than 1,100 individuals through services that range from birth to end-of-life, touching all aspects of work and home life.

The agency also benefits the local economy as one of the area’s largest employers, with about 700 employees.

Parents founded the agency in 1961, and families continue to be its driving force.

The Arc offers a comprehensive set of Human Services programs, including: Clinical Services, Vocational Services, Day Habilitation, Outreach and Intake Services, Behavior Supports, Recreation, KidStart Children’s Services, Residential Services, Transportation, and Enrichment.

The Arc's Hilltop Business Services program also delivers top quality, value based manufacturing and service solutions to businesses and government agencies nationwide, while creating meaningful jobs for people with disabilities. Hilltop Business Services include: Hilltop Printshop, Assembly & Packaging, Bottle & Can Return, Vending, Cleaning Service, Lawn Care, and Finders Keepers Thrift Store.

The Arc of Livingston-Wyoming is proud to have been selected by the Livingston County Chamber of Commerce as the 2019 Large Business of the Year.
