Encouraging Young Women in Welding: A Path to Empowerment
Explore Welding in a Fun, Supportive, and Women-Only Environment!
This summer, teen girls (13-18) have a unique opportunity to learn welding in a hands-on, creative workshop designed just for them! These FREE workshops introduce participants to welding tools and techniques, allowing them to create their own metal sculptures while building confidence and creativity.
No experience needed—just curiosity and a willingness to try something new!
Workshops will be held at Stacey Mrva’s studio in Springwater, NY, in partnership with the Livingston County Youth Bureau. This safe and empowering space encourages young women to break barriers in a traditionally male-dominated field.
