Learn the process of maple sugaring from sap to syrup. Moring walks at ten for an hour or so. One mile or less. Discuss the history of maple sugaring, maple tree identification and wildlife of the sugar bush. To learn how present day maple syrup is made, the sugar house will be open from ten am to noon pm and there will be samples!
