About Us
Hello, my name is James Gurrant , I grew up in Geneseo and currently live in York, NY - I began cooking in high school and began my BBQ career with annual family farm parties. When my family discontinued their farm party many people in the community asked me to continue my Chicken BBQ for them through private events. In 2025, I purchased my first food trailer and me and my wife, Wendy took my recipes on the road. We now have purchased a brand new food trailer and will be rolling it out in the Spring of 2026. I specialize in Chicken BBQ, Pulled Pork, Pulled Ham and an extensive array of side dishes.
