Jen Schwytzer, LCSW

Jen Schwytzer is a licensed therapist, private practice clinician in Livingston County, and workplace wellness educator who believes when people feel well, they lead well.

With over 20 years of experience as a social worker, she has supported individuals through life’s most challenging moments and now teaches leaders and teams how to navigate stress, prevent burnout, and build healthier relationships with work and themselves.

Jen partners with organizations to strengthen culture, emotional wellness, and human connection. She also remains active in the foster care community, leading trainings, initiatives, and support programs for foster and adoptive families with specialized training and lived experience supporting both foster and adoptive parents.

Whether in the therapy room or the workplace, her goal is simple: create space for people to breathe, grow, and do their best work while living a sustainable life.
